<br />Trust ,Deed was dated the 27th day of August ,1987 and
<br />recorded the 2nd day of September ,19 87, document 087-105235 of
<br />the Hortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska and all its right,
<br />title and interest to the property therein described, as follows, to wit:

<br />Lot Sixteen (16), in Kentish Hills Subdivision, located in the South Half
<br />of the North\~est Quarter (S% NW1) of Section T\~enty Five (25), Township
<br />Eleven (II) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.

<br />Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Superior Mortgage, Inc. by an Assignment of
<br />Deed of Trust dated 8/27/87 and filed for records as
<br />Document # 87-105236 on 9/2/87 in the Mortgage Records of
<br />
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />Together with the promissory note therein described, and the money due or to
<br />become due thereunder, including interest thereon, subject only to the
<br />provisions of said Trust Deed therein contained.
