<br />KNOW ALL HEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed
<br />executed by Mark H. Stines & Carol N. Stines. Husband and 'VUe, to
<br />" Arend R. Baack ' , Trustee; for the
<br />benefit of The Overland N~tional Bank of Grand Island " the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated.Tllnel." , 19 8L-c., and",
<br />recorded June 5 , 19, 84 ,in the Off~ce of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall - County, Nebraska, as Instrument
<br />Number 84-002973 , has been paid, and said beneficiary
<br />has requested in wri t.ing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered; ,

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in
<br />accordance with the request of the beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following-described premises, but only-as
<br />to such premises;

<br />Subdivision, located on part of the North\vest

<br />of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska excepting
<br />therefrom a certain tract of ground more particu-
<br />larly described in Warranty Deed reCorded in
<br />Book 164, Page 19 of the Deed Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.

<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and
<br />appurtenances belonging to such premises.
