Studnicka and Suellert Studnicka, Buyers shall be amended as follows: From: And a like amount of $4,538.52 on the first day of September of each year thereafter, including September 1, 1991; which amounts include interest; and Any unpaid balance is due and payable in full on September 1, 1992, plus interest.
