<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, William G. Blackburn, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, as Trustee under the Trust Deed dated May 20,
<br />1987, executed by Gale E. Mettenbrink and LaDonna K.
<br />Mettenbrink, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 87-104016 and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned has received from the Five Points
<br />Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, written request to reconvey
<br />reciting that the obligation secured by such Trust Deed has been
<br />satisfied and requesting the undersigned Trustee to reconvey the
<br />trust property to the person or persons entitled thereto;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance wi th such reques t and the
<br />provisions of such Trust Deed and the Nebra3ka Trust Deeds Act,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, the estate
<br />now held by said Trustee thereunder in and to the following-
<br />described real property: South 183,4' of North 366.8' Lot 23
<br />and all of Lot 24, Geer Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, AND
<br />Lots Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11),
<br />Twelve (12), Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14), Fifteen
<br />(15), Sixteen (16), Seventeen (17), Eighteen (18),
<br />Nineteen (19) , in Lake Davis Acres Fourth
<br />Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, and a tract of
<br />land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter of
<br />the Northeast Quarter (SE~NE~) and part of the
<br />Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(NE~SE~) of Section Twenty-Four (24), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th
<br />P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, particularly
<br />described as attached.
