<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by Connie Olivo, a
<br />sinale person and Steven C. Lopez and Suzanne D. Lopez, husband and wife as Trustor to Fidelitv National
<br />Title Insurance Company as Trustee for the benefit of Superior Mortaaae, Inc. the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated October 1 st, 1982, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book
<br />_ Page _ or Instrument Number 82-004280 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was
<br />assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage
<br />Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in Book _ Page _ or Instrument Number 82-004458 has
<br />been paid; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee be
<br />reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
