<br />KNOW Al L MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THA T, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by James A. Martinez, a single person, as Trustor, to Platte Valley State
<br />Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust
<br />Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 15th day of December, 2005, recorded on
<br />the 30th day of December, 2005, as Instrument No. 200512735; at the Register of Deeds Office,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):

<br />Lot Nine (9), Block Five (5), in Brentwood Subdivision in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
