Certain rules regarding the usage of words used in this document are also provided in Section 16. <br /> <br />(A) "Security Instrument" means this document, which is dated February 27, 2007, together with all Riders to this <br />document. <br /> <br />(B) "Borrower" is Veronica Zuniga and Reynaldo Moreno Sr., Wife and Husband. Borrower is the trustor under <br />this Security Instrument. <br /> <br />(C) "Lender" is Ohio Savings Bank. Lender is a Federal Savings Bank organized and existing under the laws of The <br />United States of America. Lender's address is 1801 East Ninth Street Suite 200, Cleveland, OH 44114. <br /> <br />(D) "Trustee" is Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. <br /> <br />(E) "MERS" is Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.
