<br />MERIT AGE MORTGAGE, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust
<br />to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for the registered holders of Meritage Mortgage Loan
<br />Trust 2005-3, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-3. The Assignment was recorded in the office of the

<br />appurtenances thereto belonging unto the GRANTEES, and to the GRANTEES' successors and assigns forever.
