<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY lliESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned, Geneva State Bank, Geneva,
<br />Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated February 10, 2006 executed by Buffalo Properties,
<br />LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Trustors, in which Geneva State Bank, 896 G Street,
<br />Geneva, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and recorded February 10,
<br />2006 in Inst #0200601225 of Mortgages in the office of the County Clerk of Hall County, Nebraska, has
<br />received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to partially reconvey the following descrtbed
<br />premises, reciting that a portion of the sum secured by such Deed of Trust have been paid and that such
<br />Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby have been amended to reflect the Partial Deed of
<br />Reconveyance herein.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provision of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, all the estate and interest derived by the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the
<br />following described real estate, to wit:

<br />Lot One (I), Cedar Ridge First Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />
<br />This Partial Deed of Reconveyance is given on the express terms and conditions that it shall in no
<br />wise affect the lien of the above mentioned Deed of Trust on the remaining land described in said Deed of
<br />Trust, but shall be construed as a reconveyance by the undersigned of the land above described.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Geneva State Bank, has cause this Partial Deed of Reconveyance to be
<br />executed by its Vice President and has caused its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed on February 13,
<br />2007.
