<br />Ann Singh, husband and wife are named Trustors i and Mortgage
<br />Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. is named Beneficiary i and
<br />First American Title Insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein
<br />Trustor granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein
<br />expressed, the property above described to secure, among other
<br />obligations; payment of a promissory note of pven date in t-hp

<br />the terms thereof. That by Substitution of Trustee dated November
