<br />CANCELLATION OF NOTICE OF DEFAULT

<br />The undersigned hereby cancels the Notice of Default filed for record August 28, 2006, and
<br />recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 02006-
<br />07684. Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Todd A. Holen and Shelly M.
<br />Holen, husband and wife, as joint tenants,as Trustors, in which New Century Mortgage Corporation is
<br />named as Beneficiary and Gary D. Byrne, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association is the
<br />Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter filed for record July 25, 2005 and recorded in the records of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 02005-07072.
<br />
<br />On or about August 29, 2006, New Century Mortgage Corporation, Beneficiary, assigned all of
<br />its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as
<br />Indenture Trustee, for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust 2005-4. The Assignment was recorded
<br />September 5, 2006, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No.
<br />02006-07949.
<br />
<br />Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a
<br />Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
