<br />You are hereby notified that Angela K. Statler, a single person, as Trustor, did on or about May 4,
<br />2005, make, execute and deliver unto Ticor Title Insurance Company, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said
<br />Trustor conveyed the following-described real property:

<br />On or about May 5, 2005, Argent Mortgage Company, LLC, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right,
<br />title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. in Trust for the Benefit of the
<br />Certificate Holders Park Place Securities, Inc. Asset-backed Pass-through Certificates Series 2005-WCW3.
<br />Thc Assignment was recorded October 17, 2006, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 02006-09237.

<br />Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution
<br />of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which the
<br />Trust property was conveyed as security. to-wit, that the Tnu:;tor has failed to pay the Beneficiary payments
<br />that were contractually due.
