In consideration of the acceptance of the plat of said <br /> <br />CEDAR RIDGE THIRD SUBDIVISION, the Subdivider hereby consents and agrees with the City <br /> <br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, that it will install or provide at its expense the following improvements: <br /> <br />I.
