<br />Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank (by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated May 27,2004, and
<br />recorded May 28, 2004 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in
<br />Instrument No 0200405329 and Modified on September 23, 2004 and recorded January 4, 2005 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in Instrument No 0200500083, has
<br />been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
