<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated July 31, 1989, and executed by Venneth E. Clark and Phyllis A. Clark, Husband and
<br />Wife as Trustors; in which William G. Blackburn, a past Member of the Nebraska State Bar Association
<br />and who is now deceased as Trustee; whereas FIVE POINTS BANK is appointed as Successor Trustee by
<br />Substitution of Trustee and Affidavit of Notice each dated February 20,2007; and Five Points Bank is
<br />named as Beneficiary, which was recorded in the Register of Deeds Office in Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />August 4, 1989, as Document No. 89-104130 and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Successor Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />Lot Seven (7), Block Six (6), in Spaulding & Gregg's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Successor Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Successor Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 20th day of February, 2007.
