Grantor's Retention of Rights. Such easement hereby established is specifically <br />subject to the reservation by the Grantor that the same may be used by the Grantee, her heirs, <br />successors and assigns, in conjunction with the use of the Grantor, its successors and assigns, as <br />to its entirety, and further subject to the express understanding that the Grantor, its successors <br />and assigns, shall in no way be bound to maintain the private drive and also with the <br />understanding that Grantor hereby shall in no way assume any liability or responsibility to <br />Grantee, her heirs, successors or assigns, or any other person using said private drive by <br />invitation, express or implied, or by reason of any business conducted with the Grantee, her <br />heirs, successors or assigns. <br /> <br />5. Indemnification. Grantee, her heirs, successors and assigns, shall indemnify and hold <br />Grantor, its successors and assigns, harmless from any liability in respect to the injury of any <br />person while using such easement with the permission or at the direction of the Grantees and <br />their heirs. <br /> <br />6. Binding Effect.
