<br />WHEREAS, there is certain outstanding indebtedness secured by a Deed of Trust executed by BBRE
<br />PARTNERSHIP, a Wisconsin gen;;:al partnership, as Trustor, to the undersigned, Timoth~ 1. Moll,
<br />Nebraska, as Trustee, dated the --1JL day of ..111'1 ,2001, and recorded on February ~, 2007, as
<br />Instrument No. ():J... 007 {)O 157 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and

<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary now des-ires to release said Deed of Trust;

<br />NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the request made by JOAN F. T ANDERUP, individually and as
<br />the duly appointed Personal Representative ofthe Estate of Wayne O. Tanderup, Deceased (Case No, PR06-
<br />42; Seward County Court), the Beneficiary named in said Deed of Trust, the undersigned hereby grants and
<br />reconveys to the parties entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to the
<br />undersigned under the Deed of Trust in that portion of the property therein described, in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, described as follows:
