<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THA T, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Gary E. Valasek and Mary G. Valasek, Husband and Wife, as
<br />Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte
<br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 19th day of
<br />June, 2006, recorded on the 22nd day of June, 2006, as Instrument No. 200605592; dated the
<br />18th day of July, 2006, recorded the 25th of July, 2006 as Instrument No 200606580; dated the
<br />23rd of October, 2006, recorded the 27th of October, 2006 as Instrument No. 200609560; all at
<br />the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska has been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):
