<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; said
<br />Deed of Trust securing the following property:

<br />of Trust executed by EUGENE M. KOSMICKI and DOREEN S. KOSMICKI,
<br />husband and wife, dated March 5, 2001, and recorded March 9, 2001,
<br />as Document No. 0200101855 in the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, said Deed of Trust securing the following
<br />property:

<br />LOT TWO (2), BLOCK THREE (3) IN ELM PLACE ADDITION TO
<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, more
<br />commonly known as 1307 W. Division Street, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska 68801
<br />
<br />Said Deed of Trust being in favor of Five Points Bank, a Nebraska
<br />Banking Corporation, Trustee and Beneficiary under said Deed of
<br />Trust.

<br />Said default under the terms of said above Deeds of Trust
<br />has occurred by virtue of nonpayment of the payments as they
<br />became due and payable under a Promissory Note dated January 14,
<br />2004, in the principal sum of TWENTY ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED
<br />EIGHTY-NINE DOLLARS and SEVENTY,-ONE CENTS ($21,489.71) together
<br />with interest at the rate of 7.75% per annum, payable in Sixty
<br />(60) monthly: installments of Four Hundred Thirty Nine Dollars and
<br />Fifty-Nine Cents ($439.59) with the first payment due April 10,
<br />2004, and a like payment on the same day of each month thereafter
<br />until paid in full. There is now due the principal balance of
<br />Fourteen Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Three Dollars and Forty-Four
<br />Cents ($14,953.44), together with interest of Eight Hundred Forty-
<br />Six Dollars and Sixty-Three Cents ($846.63), late charges of Two
<br />Hundred Forty-One Dollars and Sixty-Seven Cents ($241.67), for a
<br />total due of SIXTEEN THOUSAND FORTY-ONE DOLLARS and SEVENTY-FOUR
<br />CENTS ($16,041. 74), together with per diem interest accruing at
<br />the rate of $3.21 from and after February 7, 2007.
