<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by

<br />Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION

<br />and recorded 2/27/02 11/4/02 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,

<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
