<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Nancy L. Erives and Oscar D. Erives, Wife and Husband, as
<br />Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte
<br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 29th day of
<br />September, 2006 and recorded on the 29th day of September, 2006, at the Register of Deeds
<br />Office, Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200608724, has been paid, and said Beneficiary
<br />has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):

<br />The Easterly Fifty-Four (54') of Fractional Lot Two (2), in Fractional Block Seven (7),
<br />in Lambert's Addition and the Westerly Thirty-Nine and Six Tenths Feet (39.6') of
<br />Fractional Lot Two (2), and Easterly Fourteen and Four Tenths Feet (14.4') of
<br />Fractional Lot Three (3), in Fractional Block Two (2) of Evans Addition, both being
<br />Additions to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
