<br />PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED

<br />DARLENE K. HADENFELDT, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF
<br />LUCILLE D. SPIEHS, DECEASED pursuant to the authority of 30-2476
<br />(23) of the Nebraska Probate Code, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR
<br />($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from Grantee, does
<br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto DAVID L. SPIEHS a/k/a
<br />DAVID SPIEHS AND TAMELA J. SPIEHS a/k/a TAMI SPIEHS, HUSBAND AND WIFE,
<br />GRANTEE, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship and not as tenants
<br />in common the following described real property:

<br />The South Half of the Northeast Quarter (Sl/2NE1/4) and The North Half
<br />of the Northeast Quarter (Nl/2NE1/4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, Excepting a certain tract more particularly described in
<br />Warranty Deed recorded in Book 118, Page 587; Excepting a certain tract
<br />more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 122, Page
<br />137; Excepting a certain tract more particularly described in Warranty
<br />Deed recorded in Book 157, Page 478; Excepting a certain tract more
<br />particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 179, Page 206.

<br />Subject to easements and restrictions of record, together with all the
<br />estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever of said
<br />Deceased of, in and to the same, or any part thereof.

<br />To have and to hold the above-described real property and all tenements,
<br />hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantee and
<br />Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, and the Grantor hereby covenants
<br />that the real property herein described is free and clear of any lien or
<br />encumbrance caused by any claim for taxes levied against The Estate of
<br />Lucille D. Spiehs, Deceased.
