<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by James E
<br />Lewandowski and Margaret M Lewandowski, Husband and Wife to TierOne Bank, successor to United
<br />Nebraska Bank (by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated December 26, 1995, and recorded December

<br />108946, has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
