Evans, III and Jennifer C. Evans, husband and wife, <br />Trustors, did on or about June 30, 2005, make, execute and deliver to U.S. Bank N.A., as Trustee, a Deed <br />of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following described real property: <br /> <br />\~~ <br />~~ <br /> <br />"Lot Six (6), Block Ten (10), in Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />Property located at 903-909 N. Vine Street, Grand Island, Hall County, NE 68801" <br /> <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from U.S. Bank N.A., Beneficiary of said <br />Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was recorded on June 30, 2005 as Instrument No. 0200505981, in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for <br />which the trust property was conveyed as security, to-wit, that the loan secured by the Deed of Trust <br />matured on October 31, 2006 and remains unpaid and due, together with interest accruing thereon. <br /> <br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary herein has, pursuant to the Nebraska Trust Deeds <br />Act, appointed Craig A.
