<br />You are hereby notified that Raymond H. Evans, III and Jennifer C. Evans, husband and wife,
<br />Trustors, did on or about June 30, 2005, make, execute and deliver to U.S. Bank N.A., as Trustee, a Deed
<br />of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following described real property:

<br />as security for repayment ofa loan which the Trustors obtained from U.S. Bank N.A., Beneficiary of said
<br />Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was recorded on June 30, 2005 as Instrument No. 0200505979, in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for
<br />which the trust property was conveyed as security, to-wit, that the loan secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />matured on October 31, 2006 and remains unpaid and due, together with interest accruing thereon.

<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary herein has, pursuant to the Nebraska Trust Deeds
<br />Act, appointed Craig A. Knickrehm, Attorney at Law, as Successor Trustee, and that notice is hereby
<br />given that the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary has elected to sell or cause to be sold
<br />the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
