<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, Steffi A. Swanson, of 1902
<br />--.,.-- Harlan Dr. , Suite A, Bellevue, Nebraska, as Trustee under the
<br /> Trust Deed executed by Marian Kay Brown, on October 5, 2000 and
<br /> recorded October 13, 2000, as Instrument No. 200008477 of

<br />mortgages in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County,
<br />Nebraska, In which Beneficial Nebraska Inc. dba Beneficial
<br />Mortgage Co., is the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have
<br />been satisfied and that such Trust Deed and Note secured thereby
<br />have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee, for
<br />cancellation. Said property legally described as:

<br />West 66 feet of the East 170.3 feet of the South Half of Lot 13,
<br />County Subdivision of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of
<br />Section 16, Township 11 North, Range 9, West of the 6th P.M. an
<br />addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />
<br />provisions of such Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />
<br />hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by it thereunder.
