<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT I, Marian Kay Brown, a single
<br />person, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in
<br />consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), cancellation of a Promissory
<br />Note executed on October 5, 2000 in the principal sum of
<br />$81,325.33, and release of Grantor from personal liability on said
<br />note, and release of a mortgage securing said note and bearing
<br />even date therewith and duly recorded in the office of the

<br />Instrument No. 200008477, cancellation of a Promissory Note
<br />executed on October 5, 2000 in the principal sum of $16,500.00,
<br />and release of Grantor from personal liability on said note, and

<br />therewith and duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska on October 13, 2000 in Instrument No.
<br />200008478, and other good and valuable consideration received from
<br />grantee, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br />BENEFICIAL NEBRASKA INC., DBA BENEFICIAL MORTGAGE CO., herein
<br />called the grantee, and its successors in such office, as such,
