<br />Instrument No. 200404645 wherein Michael L. Hinrikus and Heather A.
<br />Hinrikus, husband and wife are named Trustors; and America's

<br />MoneyLine Inc. is na!(1ed Benef ic:iary; 3.nd F~rst American Title

<br />Insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and
<br />conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the
<br />property above described to secure, among other obligations,
<br />payment of a promissory note of even date in the principal amount
<br />of $63,000.00 and interest thereon according to the terms thereof;
<br />that the beneficial interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by
