<br />RECONVEY ANCE OF TRUST PROPERTY
<br />
<br />In consideration ofthe payment of obligations under a Deed of Trust dated January 12,
<br />1998, by and between MARK E. GLOE and DIAN M. GLOE, husband and wife, as Trustor,
<br />which Deed of Trust is recorded in as Instrument No. 98-100331 as assigned by Assignment of
<br />Deed of Trust dated March 13,2000 and recorded March 17,2000 as Document No. 200002135
<br />in the Office ofthc Hall County Register of Deeds and upon the request for reconveyance of the
<br />Beneficiary, BRUCE I. SMITH, Attorney-at-Law, Trustee, hereby releases said Deed of Trust on
<br />the following described real estate:

<br />The Northwest Quarter (NW14) of Section Ten (10), Township Ten (10) North,
<br />Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting
<br />therefrom a tract more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on
<br />the west line of said Section Ten (10), said point being Six Hundred Sixty-Seven
<br />(667.0) feet north of the southwest comer of said Northwest Quarter (NWY4);
<br />thence northerly along the west line of said Section Ten (10), a distance of Five
<br />Hundred Eighty-Seven (587.0) feet; thence deflecting right 95051' and running
<br />southeasterly, a distance of Five Hundred Thirty-Seven and Thirty-Three
<br />Hundredths (537.33) feet; thence deflecting right 88000' and running southerly, a
<br />distance of One Hundred Seventy-Eight and Fifty-Six Hundredths (178.56) feet;
<br />thence deflecting right 73059' and running southwesterly, a distance of Two
<br />Hundred Thirty-One and Seventeen Hundredths (231.17) feet; thence deflecting
<br />left 33040'30" and running southwesterly, a distance of Four Hundred Twenty-
<br />Five and Seventy-Seven Hundredths (425.77) feet to the place of beginning and
<br />containing 3.996 acres, more or less, which tract was conveyed to Robert W. Gloe
<br />and Mary E. Gloe by Warranty Deed dated March 6, 1972, and recorded April 4,
<br />1972, in Book 167, Page 149, Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,

<br />The Trustee does hereby remise, release and quitclaim, pursuant to Section 76-1014.01 of
<br />the Revised Statutes of the State of Nebraska, said premises to Trustor MARK E. GLOE and
<br />DIAN M. GLOE, husband and wife.
