<br />The undersigned Affiant, Shirley Lichty, upon first being duly sworn, does hereby depose and
<br />
<br />state:
<br />
<br />1. That she is the spouse of Gerald D. Lichty, who died on August 9, 1992, and that, prior
<br />to their marriage, her spouse was married to Irene N. Lichty, who died on April 25, 1975.
<br />
<br />2. That, upon diligent search and investigation, the value of the Decedent's, Irene N.
<br />Lichty, interest in all real estate located in the State of Nebraska, at the time of her death, was less
<br />than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) as the value of her interest in Lot Twenty-Eight of Geer
<br />Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, was $2,125.00 and her interest in Lot Eleven (11), Block One
<br />(1), Petersen's Prospect Hill, an addition to Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska, was zero; and the
<br />value of her entire estate less liens and encumbrances, did not exceed Ten Thousand Dollars
<br />($10,000.00).
<br />
<br />3. Thirty (30) days has lapsed since the date of death ofIrene N. Lichty, as shown on the
<br />certified copy of Death Certificate attached to this Affidavit.
<br />
<br />4. No application or petition for the appointment of a Personal Representative is pending
<br />or has been granted in any jurisdiction.
<br />
<br />5. Gerald D. Lichty, as surviving spouse with the Decedent, Irene N. Lichty, having no
<br />children and no living parents at the time of her death, was entitled to the real estate known as Lot
<br />Twenty Eight (28) of Geer Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, by reason of intestate
<br />succeSSlOn.

<br />6. Affiant has made an investigation and been unable to locate any Will for Decedent,
<br />Irene N. Lichty.
<br />
<br />7. As the result ofthc death ofIrene N. Lichty, no other person has a right to the interest
<br />of the Decedent, Irene N. Lichty, in the following described real estate, except Gerald D. Lichty:
<br />
<br />Lot Twenty-Eight (28) in Geer Subdivision of Lots Six (6), Seven (7) and Eight
<br />(8) of Garrett's Subdivision of Part ofthe East Half (El/2) of Section Nine (9),
<br />in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the Sixth P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />8. Gerald D. Lichty then died on August 9, 1992 and the value of the Decedent's,
<br />Gerald D. Lichty, interest in all real estate located in this State, does not exceed $25,000.00
<br />as one- fourth (~) interest of the assessed value property later described herein totals $6,592.50,
<br />and had interest in the real estate in Douglas County, Nebraska, in 1992 which totaled
<br />$10,025.00, and the value of the entire estate, less liens and encumbrances, does not exceed
<br />$25,000.00.
