<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by JASON UMMEL and AMY
<br />UMMEL, husband and wife, Trustors, to DUANE A. BURNS, Attorney, of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, as Trustee, for the benefit of TRA~SPORT A nON EQUIPMENT CO., INC. of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, as Beneficiary, dated Ma~ 1999, and recorded on May 10, 1999,in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, entered as Document No. 99-104842, has
<br />been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.

<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br />the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and
<br />claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:

<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />TOGETHER WITH all rents, easements, appurtenances, hereditaments, interests in
<br />adjoining roads, streets and alleys, improvements and buildings of any kind situated
<br />hereon and all personal property that may be or hereafter become an integral part of such
<br />buildings and improvements.
