<br />Dominquez and Maria Luisa Francisco. Husband and Wife as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank as Trustee
<br />for the benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authoritv the beneficiary named therein. dated October 29 ,
<br />2004, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book n/a Page n/a or
<br />Instrument Number 200410705 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment
