<br />General Authority. I authorize my Agent for me in my name generally to do and perform all
<br />------t and every act and thing necessary or desirable to conduct, manage, and control all my business
<br />and my property, wheresoever located, and whether now owned or hereafter acquired, as my
<br />Agent may deem for my best interests and to execute and acknowledge any and all instruments
<br />necessary or proper to carry out the foregoing powers, hereby releasing all third persons from
<br />responsibility for my Agent's acts and omissions and I empower my Agent to indemnify all such
<br />persons against loss, expense, and liability.

<br />Reliance by Third Parties. The powers conferred on my attorney in fact by this durable power
<br />of attorney may be exercisable by my attorney in fact alone, and my attorney in fact's signature
<br />or act under the authority granted in this durable power of attorney may be accepted by any third
<br />person or organization as fully authorized by me and with the same force and effect as if I were
<br />personally present, competent and acting on my own behalf.
<br />No person or organization who relies on this durable power of attorney or any
<br />representation my attorney in fact makes regarding authority including, but not limited to:
<br />(i) the fact that this durable power of attorney has not been revoked;
<br />(ii) that I, Paul R. L. Sensenbach, was competent to execute this power of attorney;
<br />(iii) the authority of my attorney in fact under this durable power of attorney; shall incur
<br />any liability to me, my estate, heirs, successors or assigns because of such reliance on this
<br />durable power of attorney or on any such representation by my attorney in fact.
<br />
<br />Durability. These powers of attorney shall be exercisable by my Agent on my behalf
<br />notwithstanding that I may become legally disabled or incompetent.
<br />
<br />Governing Law. All questions pertaining to validity, interpretation and administration of this
<br />power shall be determined in accordance with the laws of Nebraska.
