'0 ., \ <br />~j ~ <br />t; '\\), <br />~. ~" <br />~ <br />~ <br />'-0, <br /> <br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br /> <br />tv <br />iSl <br />G <br />-.....J <br />G <br />iSl <br />co <br />->. <br />Q) <br /> <br />"'------.n .._on <br /> <br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this 19th day JANUARY. 2007 <br />by and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, hereinafter referred to as "Lender", and <br /> <br />HAROLD C MEDLEN AND JACQUELINE B MEDLEN, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br /> <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower". <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br /> <br />THE WESTERLY TEN (10) FEET OF THE EASTERLY (40.0) FEET OF LOT EIGHTEEN (18), BLOCK THREE (3), <br />BLAINE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA; AND THE WEST TEN <br />FEET OF LOT EIGHTEEN (18), AND ALL OF LOT NINETEEN (19), IN BLOCK THREE, BLAINE ADDITION TO <br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br /> <br />which Deed of TrustIMortgage was dated OCTOBER 6. 1999 filed for record on OCTOBER 12. <br />1999 in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA in DOCUMENT #0099109968; ALSO a Deed of Trust Modification Agreement <br />dated September 18, 2003 and recorded October 17, 2003 as Doc # 0200313793; ALSO a Deed of <br />Trust Modification Agreement dated April 20, 2005 and recorded April 26, 2005 as Doc # <br />0200503708; AND an Extension Agreement dated September 18,2003 and recorded October 17, <br />2003 as Doc # 0200313792; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of TrustIMortgage, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76-239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br />TrustIMortgage above described in the following respects: <br /> <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above-described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br />is hereby AMENDED TO JANUARY 1.2023. <br /> <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS.
