<br />records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 02006-06452. Said Notice of ~
<br />Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Letha Ann Brooks and Michael E. Brooks, as wife and husband,
<br />as Trustors, in which Argent Mortgage Company, LLC is nanled as Beneficiary and Ticor Title Insurance
<br />Company is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter filed for record June 18, 2004 and recorded in the
<br />records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 02004-06090.

<br />CANCELLATION OF NOTICE OF DEFAULT

<br />On or about June 17, 2004, Argent Mortgage Company, LLC, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title
<br />and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Ameriquest Mortgage Company. The Assignment was recorded
<br />July 20, 2006, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 02006-06449.

<br />On or about June 17, 2004, Ameriquest Mortgage Company, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title
<br />and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the benefit of the
<br />Certificateholders of Asset-backed Pass-through Certificates Series 2004-WCWl. The Assignment was recorded
<br />July 20,2006, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 02006-06450.

<br />Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution of
<br />Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
