In the event there are any conflicts between this Rider and the Security <br />Instrument or the Note, the provisions of the Rider will control. <br /> <br />3. BALLOON NOTE. The final payment due under the Note is larger than the previous monthly payments. The final <br />payment includes a substantial payment of principal. The Note is commonly called a "balloon note." <br /> <br />4. BALLOON NOTE AGREEMENT. Borrower(s) understand and agree as follows: <br /> <br />THIS LOAN IS PAYABLE IN FULL ON THE MATURITY DATE SET FORTH IN THE SECURITY INSTRUMENT.
