<br />the Mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska naming Diers Motor Company of Grand Island Nebraska as Trustor, J
<br />U.S. Bank National Association as Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank National Association as original Trustee in consideration of
<br />performance in full by said Trustor of all obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby, does
<br />hereby reconvey to said Trustor the following described real estate, to wit:
