<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by Anibal E Gomez,
<br />an unmarried man as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savinas Bank as Trustee for the benefit
<br />of Nebraska Investment Finance Authoritv the beneficiary named therein, dated December 4, 1997, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book _ Page _ or
<br />Instrument Number 97-110245 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment
<br />recorded in Book _ Page _ or Instrument Number _ has been paid; and
