<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNE-SS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by Dana J Jackson. a
<br />sino Ie person as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank as Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska Investment
<br />Finance Authoritv the beneficiary named therein, dated December 3. 1998, and recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book Page or Instrument Number 98-111880 and
<br />Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY
<br />(formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in Book Page or
