<br />You are hereby notified that Jose Flores Lopez, an unmarried man, as Trustor, did on or about April 23, 1998,
<br />make, execute and deliver unto First American Title Insurance Company, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustor
<br />conveyed the following-described real property:

<br />Lot Ten (10), Block Five (5), Cunningham Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Mountain West Financial, Inc., Beneficiary of said
<br />Deed of Trust which was recorded on April 28, 1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Instrument No. 98-103956.
<br />
<br />On or about April 23, 1998, Mountain West Financial, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Fleet Mortgage Corp. The Assignment was recorded April 28, 1998, in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 98-103957.
<br />
<br />On or about April 27, 1999, Fleet Mortgage Corp., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial
<br />interest in the Deed of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. The Assignment was recorded February
<br />16,2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 02000-01286.
<br />
<br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial
<br />interest in the Deed of Trust to Countrywide Home Loans. The Assignment was recorded in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />Camille R Hawk, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution of
<br />TfJi3tee filed {..,r re:~}fd with the Rc:g:~tcr of Deeds ofH'lll County, Nebraska

<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to-wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due.

<br />You are furthcr notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property
<br />described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
