The Assignment was recorded February <br />16,2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 02000-01286. <br /> <br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial <br />interest in the Deed of Trust to Countrywide Home Loans.
