<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />Steffi A. Swanson, a member of
<br />Association, 1902 Harlan Drive, Suite A, Bellevue, Sarpy County,
<br />Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee under the Trust
<br />Deed hereinafter described, for valuable consideration, hereby

<br />by a Trust Deed dated March 25, 2002, and recorded on March 29,
<br />2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska at Instrument No. 200203399 wherein Maria G. Gutierrez and
<br />Jose A. Abrajan-Garcia, Wife and Husband are named Trustorsi and
<br />Mountain West Financial, Inc. is named Beneficiary i and First
<br />American Title Insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein Trustor
<br />granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein
<br />expressed, the property above described to secure, among other
<br />obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the
<br />principal amount of $77,388.00 and interest thereon according to
<br />the terms thereofi that the beneficial interest in said Deed of
<br />Trust was assigned by Mountain West Financial, Inc. to Washington
<br />Mutual Bank, FA by an Assignment dated March 26, 2002 and recorded
<br />on March 29, 2002 in Instrument No. 200203400 ln the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. That by Substitution
