<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, 1902 Harlan Drive, Suite A, Bellevue, Sarpy County,
<br />Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee under the Trust
<br />Deed hereinafter described, for valuable consideration, hereby
<br />grants and conveys to R.L. JANITORIAL SERVICES, INC., its
<br />successors and assigns, 2019 William St., Grand Island, NE 68801,
<br />Grantee, without any covenant or warranty, expressed or implied,
<br />all of the following described real estate:
<br />Lot Twelve (12), in Block Five (5), in Boggs and Hill's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,

<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated May 21, 2004, and recorded on May 25, 2004,
<br />1n the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No. 200405180 wherein Gloria J. Siverly, is named
<br />Trustor; and Beneficial Nebraska Inc., D/B/A Beneficial Mortgage
<br />Co. is named Benef iciary; and American Pioneer Title Insurance
<br />Company is named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and conveyed to
<br />the Truotee, on t,he trust therein expressed, the property above
<br />described to secure, among other obligations, payment of a
<br />promissory note of even date in the principal amount of $46,172.91
<br />and interest thereon according to the terms thereof. That by
<br />substitution of Trustee dated October 23, 2006, made by Beneficial
<br />Nebraska Inc. dba Beneficial Mortgage Co. Grantor was substituted
<br />as Trustee in place of American Pioneer Title Insurance Company.
<br />The Substitution of Trustee was recorded on October 27, 2006, as
<br />Instrument No. 200609576 1n the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska. The fulfillment of the following
