<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by Samuel J. Stara, a
<br />sinole person as Trustor to U.S. Bank, N.A. as Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance
<br />Authoritv the beneficiary named therein, dated June 17, 2005, and recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book _ Page _ or Instrument Number 0200505486 and
<br />Beneficia/Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY
