<br />This instrument, made this 5th day of January, 2007, between Thomas J . Young, a
<br />member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Successor Trustee, hereinafter called "Grantor",
<br />pursuant to the power of sale contained in that certain Deed of Trust Recorded on February 10,
<br />2000 as Instrument No. 2000-01128 and re-recorded on February 23, 2001 as Instrument No.
<br />2001-01354 in the Mortgage Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and Green Tree Servicing, LLC f/k/a Conseco Finance Servicing Corp., hereinafter
<br />called "Grantee":

<br />WHEREAS, on October 16, 2006, Thomas J. Young, as Successor Trustee, executed a
<br />Notice of Default pursuant to which notice was given to Shannon L. Ahlman and Pamela J.
<br />Ahlman, Husband and Wife, Trustor(s), under that certain Deed of Trust Recorded on February
<br />10, 2000 as Instrument No. 2000-01128 and re-recorded on February 23, 2001 as Instrument No.
<br />2001-01354, in the Mortgage Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, covering that certain premises described as:

<br />The North 60 feet of Lot 12, Block 3, Southern Acres Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />Parcel ill 400093367
<br />
<br />that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed had occurred, and
<br />setting forth the nature of such breach and of his election to sell or cause to be sold property to
<br />satisfy the obligation. Said Notice of Default was filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska on Recorded on October 19, 2006, as Instrument # 200609325 of the
<br />Miscellaneous records of said County.

<br />A copy of such Notice of Default was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled to notice
<br />pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Section 76-1008 R.R.S. Nebraska.

<br />Subsequent thereto, beginning on November 24, 2006, Grantor caused to be published in
<br />Grand Island Independent, a newspaper having a general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, a
<br />Notice of Trustee's Sale setting forth a description of the property to be sold and stating that the
