<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by Jesus Meraz and
<br />Antonia Benitez, Husband and Wife as Trustor to Commerical Federal Bank. a Federal SavinQs Bank as
<br />Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated January
<br />27, 1998, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book _ Page
<br />_ or Instrument Number 98-100666 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to
<br />NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by
<br />Assignment recorded in Book _ Page _ or Instrument Number _ has been paid; and

<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee be
<br />reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby grant without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above described Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described property:

<br />A tract of land comprising all of Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8) except the Northerly Forty Three and One Tenth (43.1) feet
<br />thereof, in Block One Hundred Forty Eight (148), Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition and a part of Lot One
<br />(1), Jones Addition, all being in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described as
<br />follows: Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of said Lot Eight (8), which is also the Northeasterly corner of said Lot One
<br />(1); thence Northwesterly along and upon the Northeasterly line of said Lot Eight (8), a distance of Sixty Four and Six
<br />Tenths (64.6) feet to the point that is Forty Three and One Tenth (43.1) feet Southeasterly from the Northeasterly corner
<br />of said Lot Eight (8); thence Southwesterly along and upon a line that is Forty Three and One Tenth (43.1) feet
