<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated October 18, 2006 executed by Coad J Miller and Martina P
<br />Doetsch, husband and wife" in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #0200609355, on the 19th day of October, 2006,
<br />and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />PART OF THE NORTHEAST ONE-QUARTER (NE1/4) OF THE NORTHEAST ONE-
<br />QUARTER (NE1/4) OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 11 NORTH, RANGE 9 WEST OF THE
<br />6TH P.M., COUNTY OF HALL, STATE OF NEBRASKA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
<br />COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF ANNA AND
<br />EDDY STREETS, WHICH STREETS ARE NOW ESTABLISHED AND IN USE; THENCE
<br />SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF ANNA STREET A DISTANCE
<br />OF 164.4 FEET; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY AT RIGHT ANGELS A DISTANCE OF 140.0
<br />FEET; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY AT RIGHT ANGLES A DISTANCE OF 164.4 FEET;
<br />THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF EDDY STREET,
<br />A DISTANCE OF 140.0 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING; AND SAID TRACT BEING
<br />A RECTANGULAR TRACT HAVING A FRONTAGE OF 140.0 FEET ON EDDY STREET
<br />AND A FRONTAGE OF 164.4 FEET ON ANNA STREET
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
