<br />which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned does GRANT, SELL, TRANSFER,
<br />AND DELIVER unto Kenneth H. Aulner Jr. and Eugenia L Aulner, husband and
<br />wife, assigns, the following goods and chattels: all personal property located inside
<br />the cabin including; 1 set of bunk beds, window air conditioner, wood burning
<br />stove, electric range, refrigerator, paddle boat and pontoon and all furnishings and
<br />improvements known as parcel number 400255243 at the Hall County Treasurer's
<br />Office, all located in/at a cabin located at the Sportsman Club on part of the South
<br />Half of the Southwest Quarter, (S1I2SW1I4) and part of lot 11 Island Section 20,
<br />Township 10 North, Range 9, Doniphan Township, West of the 6th P.M. Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. THIS SALE INCLUDES THE CABIN.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular, the said goods and chattels, forever,
<br />and the said grantor hereby covenants with the said grantee, that the undersigned is
