<br />The undersigned, Janice K. Rathman, Trustee ofthe Jennifer 1. Sorensen Trust created
<br />pursuant to Article VII, Paragraph B.3, of The Oswald Sorensen Revocable Trust dated Septem-
<br />ber 27, 1990, as amended September 27, 1994; May 8, 1995; March 4, 1996; and September 2,
<br />1998, pursuant to Section 30-38,103 of the Revised Statutes ofthe State of Nebraska, hereby
<br />certifies as follows:
<br />
<br />(1) Oswald Sorensen died on October 20, 1999;
<br />
<br />(2) Prior to his death, Oswald Sorensen created the Oswald Sorensen Revocable Trust
<br />dated September 27, 1990, as amended September 27, 1994; May 8, 1995; March 4, 1996; and
<br />September 2, 1998;
<br />
<br />(3) Pursuant to the terms of Article VII, Paragraph B.3. of the Oswald Sorensen
<br />Revocable Trust dated September 27, 1990, as amended September 27, 1994; May 8, 1995;
<br />March 4, 1996; and September 2, 1998. Oswald Sorensen provided for the creation of the
<br />Jennifer 1. Sorensen Trust wherein he designated Harlan D. Sorensen and Janice K. Rathman as
<br />Co- Trustees, and in the event either of said Co-Trustees were unable to serve the other was
<br />permitted to serve as sole Trustee without necessity of replacement;
<br />
<br />(4) Under date of September 2,1998, Harlan D. Sorensen and Janice K. Rathman
<br />accepted the Trusteeship of the Jennifer J. Sorensen Trust created pursuant to Article VII, Para-
<br />graph 8.3, of The Oswald Sorensen Revocable Trust dated September 27, 1990, as amended
<br />September 27, 1994; May 8, 1995; March 4, 1996; and September 2, 1998, and assumed the
<br />duties as Co-Trustees thereunder effective as of that date;
<br />
<br />(5) Harlan D. Sorensen died on August 23, 2006;
<br />
<br />(6) The undersigned has continued to serve as sole Trustee of said Trust since
<br />August 23, 2006;
<br />
<br />(7) The taxpayer identification number for the Jennifer 1. Sorensen Trust is
<br />47-6227966;
<br />
<br />(8) Jennifer J. Sorensen is the sole beneficiary of said Trust, and pursuant to Article
<br />VII, Paragraph B.3.(a)(i), the entire trust assets ofthe said Trust are to be distributed to
<br />Jennifer J. Sorensen upon attaining the age ofthirty (30) years and the trust terminated;
<br />
<br />(9) Jennifer J. Sorensen attained the age of thirty (30) on January 31, 2006;
<br />
<br />(10) The sole remaining asset of the Jennifer 1. Sorensen Trust is Lot Two (2), Pollock
<br />Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />
<br />(11) The jurisdiction of the Jennifer 1. Sorensen Trust created pursuant to Article VII,
<br />Paragraph B.3, of The Oswald Sorensen Revocable Trust dated September 27, 1990, as amended
<br />September 27, 1994; May 8, 1995; March 4, 1996; and September 2, 1998, is the State of
<br />Nebraska; and
<br />
<br />(12) The Jennifer J. Sorensen Trust created pursuant to Article VII, Paragraph B.3, of
<br />The Oswald Sorensen Revocable Trust dated September 27, 1990, as amended September 27,
