<br />authorized officer, First National Bank: of Holdrege, as trustee under the trust deed dated December 18, 2001 executed by
<br />
<br />Kayton Properties, LLC, as trustor, in which First National Bank: of Holdrege is named as beneficiary, and said
<br />
<br />association as trustee, and recorded as Instrument No. 0200113190 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />
<br />State of Nebraska, has received from First National Bank: of Holdrege the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and that such trust deed and the note
<br />
<br />secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said association
<br />
<br />by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled
<br />
<br />thereto, namely: Kayton Properties, LLC the estate now held by it thereunder, to-wit:
<br />
<br />Lots Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9) and Ten (10), Block Four (4), South Park Addition to the city of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, excepting a certain tract more particularly described in Book 94, Page 70.

<br />In witness whereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of reconveyance at First National Bank of Holdrege,

<br />Phelps County, Nebraska on January 8, 2007.
