<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, ~
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated April 11 , 2003 executed by Laura J Johnson, a Single Person, ::;._~
<br />in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which <J
<br />was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as
<br />Document #0200304705, on the 17th day of April, 2003, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />ALL OF FRACTIONAL LOT SEVEN (7) AND THE EASTERLY SEVENTEEN (17)
<br />FEET OF FRACTIONAL LOT EIGHT (8) IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK EIGHT (8), IN
<br />ASHTON PLACE AND FRACTIONAL LOT THREE (3) IN BLOCK ONE (1) PARKHILL
<br />SUBDIVISION, AlliN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 9th day of January, 2007.
